Project as of 5/17/09 - Wow. Even though it has been three years since I shared my fitness story here, and even though it may seem that I am back to the beginning as far as my actual body weight goes, it has been a positive journey of understanding, growth, patience and self-love.

Everything changed in October of 2006 when the Sausalito gallery closed. I was determined to not let the emotions and stress of all of that sidetrack me from my PT commitment, but alas, by Feb. 07 I was losing conviction and felt I had to take care of myself emotionally rather than continue with my fitness project. Big changes in my life since then and now I'm finally ready to start again.
